Days of Our Lives spoilers for the next two weeks tease that some sudden twists will shake up Salem. The week of September 3-14 will bring a waiting game for John. He’ll be completely focused on Marlena and her recovery. John will hope that “Doc” will wake up and get back to her old self soon enough.

Unfortunately, Marlena’s condition will take a terrible turn. To make matters worse, Belle will find a living will that leave John in shock. Marlena doesn’t want heroic measures to be taken in certain cases. When Belle examines the document, she’ll realize this situation lines up with what Marlena wouldn’t want.

While they’re trying to hold strong, Belle goes through her mother’s medical papers and shares stunning news with Eric about Marlena.

On the other side of the hospital, Paul fights for his life. Brady blasts Will when he overhears him declare his love for Sonny. He’s furious on his brother’s behalf. Eventually, Will tells Paul has has his memory back. Way to kick a guy when he’s down, Will!
