Opposite Daniel receiving a text directing him to Phyllis’s room at the Athletic Club, Summer extricates herself from a confab with an incredulous Kyle and makes her own way to her mother’s haunt.
Upon arrival, Summer reiterates the importance of keeping Daniel well and truly away, and no sooner have the words escaped her lips than Daniel comes calling. Much to Summer’s chagrin, Phyllis welcomes Daniel with open arms and gives him a pass for ratting her out to the likes of Kyle and Jack.
The family reunion is soon brought to a crashing halt when Kyle — who’s tracked Summer’s path — barrels through the door. What will his reaction be to seeing his mother-in-law alive and well and conversing with her children? Nate convenes another strategy session with Audra and shares with her his constructive meeting with Victor.
