Victor typically knows everything that happens in his family and in Genoa City. It’s been said that he’s often several steps ahead of everybody else. He certainly seems to like orchestrating things when it comes to his children.

Billy and Chelsea grew close after he saved her life. They’re really developing a strong and healthy relationship. Plus, they’re working to facilitate the relationship between Connor and Johnny.
These two seem poised to take the next step. However, it looks like Billy and Chelsea are about to switch gears. Does it have something to do with their relationship, or is it to help Connor?
