Taylor was determined to hide her debilitating health condition from everyone. She only told Ridge what she thought was heart failure after she collapsed unconscious in front of him. Ridge has tried to convince Taylor that she can’t keep her broken heart syndrome from her loved ones. Taylor is stubborn but may feel guilty about hiding something important from Steffy. She could also be craving the support of her daughter and closest confidante.
The news of her mom’s health struggle will undoubtedly be devastating to Steffy. She may be upset that Taylor didn’t tell her sooner. Steffy could insist that Taylor get on the phone and let Thomas know as soon as possible. She might also try to insert herself in Taylor’s treatment, making sure she gets the best possible care.
