But Katie had a problem with Poppy before Li tarnished her sister with accusations on Bold and Beautiful. When Katie Logan walked in unannounced to Bill Spencer’s house, almost instantly, she seemed jealous of Poppy.
This old girlfriend sat there gushing over Bill Spencer. So, Katie headed to her sisters to tell them about Bill’s new, but old, love interest. Then the scene with her sisters worked to suggest to the Bold and the Beautiful fans that she still loves Bill and likely wants him back.
So, why the change with Katie Logan? She’s been with Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) for some time. She was so happy with Carter that she decided not to reboot her relationship with Bill when he begged her a while back.
