With her being attracted to Douglas very quickly, they would probably take a lot of time to make hope open her eyes to the ability of an immediate family. In addition, Thomas Forester made it clear that he was romantic with Caroline Spencer, so Taylor thought it was very open.

Bold and the beautiful spoilers have shown that, as a psychiatrist, Taylor knows exactly which buttons to push B and B, to encourage Hope Logan to enter as a mother forever. With Douglas in addition, Hope offered to give up Liam Spencer to Steffy. He didn’t like this and so was Steffy.

They shuddered at the idea of? leaving her alone and grief. But, in her way of thinking, Liam and Steffy could be more open to it if she continued. Thomas is sad and vulnerable and so is Hope on Bold and the Beautiful.

It will be too many leaps to make those two comfort each other than take things further. Taylor could easily manipulate hope when she thought she would do the best for everyone by talking to Thomas Forrester. Because she is in a fragile state, she can be manipulated. In addition, she wants to have a child. So it is not a hard sell.

So, with Steffi gone, Taylor has time to plan for both his son and daughter a better life. Taylor sees that Hope Logan is a good person and will be a good mother to Douglas, so she can justify her actions to help people involved. Of course, you can that mother Hope Hope will try and turn this off if she sees this.
