He turns to Brooke for help and says he needs her to be on his side of the fence and take a stand against Katie. If Brooke stands with him and testifies to Katie’s alcoholism and mental breakdowns, he could just win this thing.

Brooke’s been known to stab Katie in the back before, but will she chance hurting her sister again, especially when it’s for Bill’s sake?
