The whole mess of Emma’s years-ago death has Hope pretty rattled. She can’t see Thomas doing something so foul as committing murder, but who knows? Did he have a hand in it? What he admitted was pretty awful. Hope needs support so she turns to her mom to confide in.
It’s no secret Brooke isn’t a fan of her daughter’s boyfriend. In fact, she loathes him. She’s tried and tried (and tried and tired) to make peace with Thomas and give him the benefit of the doubt, but something always happens. Every single time.
