But, when has anything lately? Destinies and fates seem to be changing, and anything is possible from here. For Hope, her time spent in Thomas’s bed gives her some clarity she didn’t see coming. Will she wake up and realize she wants to go back home and work on her marriage? Is Hope going to go a very different way and decide she’s right where she belongs?
As far as Thomas is concerned, this isn’t ideal. This isn’t perfect. Heck, he’s still trying to wrap his mind around all this. But, he loves Hope. He loves her completely and deeply…and once, obsessively. Does he want this now, though? Like this? While she’s still married?
Would he even have it in him to send her away? Hope has spent weeks lusting after Thomas while trying to keep her marriage intact. The stress, the drama, and the lies all led to this very moment. She’s at a crossroads, and once she picks her path, there is no going back.
