Thankfully, they have one last ace up their sleeve. Bill can have Taylor charged with the shooting at any moment. If Brooke and Liam can convince Bill it’s for the best, maybe he’ll go forward. And, if he’s not willing to throw Taylor under the bus, maybe one of them can.
