Liz was Franco’s new wife who was also surprised by Franco’s decision, everyone was shocked when he did so. But this is the plan of Franco and Jordan and he does so because he wants to lure the offender to really show up.

Lawyer Scott told the court that he was insane and that his spirit might be having some problems and was not rational enough to control everything.

By giving the reason that he is crazy, there is no other way. And this is the reason he is being transferred to Ferncliff and that is the place where the crazy people are there in people call it madhouse.
