Over at Britt Westbourne’s party on The Haunted Star, Terry Randolph asks Hamilton Finn where Liz might be. Finn angrily tells her that he is not the person to ask. Trina Robinson and Spencer Cassadine are also prepared for this party in which they will pretend they are dating to lure Esme out of hiding, or so they think.
But first, Trina wants to get a few things straight with Spencer. Dex Heller meets with Michael Corinthos after learning about Sonny Corinthos’s new deal with military security dealers. He thinks this is the ticket to finally get Sonny and Michael is all for it. Meanwhile, an oblivious Sonny is all ready for Britt’s big party with Nina Reeves as his date.
If only he knew the trouble he was in. Recently, on General Hospital, Maxie Jones called it quits with her boyfriend, Austin Holt. Indeed, she tried as hard as possible to make things work with Austin. He genuinely cared about Maxie.
But she might’ve been searching for a sense of safety and stability after the nightmare that was Peter August. Things were going well with Austin until she discovered he blackmailed her former love, Damian Spinelli.
