With the knowledge that Nikolas wanted her mother to make sure Esme remembers nothing, Elizabeth takes her old high school pal to task, demanding to know what he was thinking by bringing Carolyn into this. She may now be rethinking her involvement with his little Esme adventure and decides she has to tell someone what’s going on.
For some reason, she seems to choose Finn as Liz asks him to speak with her. He is bound to be very surprised by what she has to say. Laura is still not sure that Nikolas should be going for custody of Esme’s baby, so she pleads with her son to think this idea through before he does anything rash.
She wants to support him but also knows his obsession with throwing out a grown child for a new child is not healthy. Over at Spring Ridge, all Heather can think about is her own child, who is finally living under the same roof as her. Sure, they are in prison together, but that’s okay.
