Since it was Valentin’s phone that pretty much gave away the game for Laura and her rescue team, it’s Valentin who gave himself up to Victor’s goons. General Hospital spoilers say he makes an offer, and it looks like it will be a sacrificial one.
Victor doesn’t necessarily want his son to join his quest to save the planet while annihilating 80% of mankind in the process, but he is more than happy to use him to test out Liesl’s antidote. After all, she didn’t want to use Spencer or Trina. Valentin’s offer might also buy time for them and for Curtis to rescue them.
