It wasn’t that long ago that Spencer and Trina shared a romantic evening in Paris, their whole lives ahead of them. In a split second, everything changed thanks to Esme Prince. As a result of her revenge, the Cassadine heir is presumed dead, according to French authorities.
And now it’s time for his friends and family to find the strength to say goodbye. What remains to be seen is whether or not the service will be a drama-free affair…or a Port Charles version of Festivus (from Seinfeld) and the airing of grievances.
One reason Spencer’s service may not be a drama-free affair is because a surprise mourner appears for Esme. Did Heather receive special permission to briefly leave Pentonville so she can properly remember/honor her daughter? Or did she make a calculated, and unauthorized, escape? Or is the surprise mourner someone else?
