The biggest issue will be if he ends up causing himself some legal trouble while doing it. Nate agreed to go to Los Angeles with Victoria. He turned around and lied to Elena and said he was going alone, which is certainly not the best move he’s ever made.

Recently, Victoria Newman asked Nate to go to Los Angeles with her for business.
At first, he was reluctant, but, of course, Vikki talked him into it. However, when he drops the bomb on Elena, she will surely have a problem with it. She already doesn’t like the vibe between him and his boss. And she knows and her gut that something is going on.
Soon, he is wracked with guilt on Young and the Restless. So, it looks like he goes on the trip and likely gives in to his desire for Vikki. Then, Elena may listen to Audra Charles and track down Vikki’s ex-husband JT Hellstrom. Then, perhaps, Vikki might go back to JT and forget about Nate.
