Billy may have lost his CEO chair at Jabot, he may have lost Phyllis, but, darn it, he’s going to have a good Christmas.
He’s doing it for Johnny and Katie, of course. But, also for himself. Billy and Victoria have been drawing closer lately. Playing family, sharing their woes.

Once the truth comes out about Reed, Victoria is going to have more on her plate than ever. Will it be Billy to the rescue? And under the mistletoe?

Nikki Newman has been holding her own. While she wasn’t getting any better, she also wasn’t getting any worse. Shockingly, that all changes on Christmas Eve as her condition deteriorates. Viewers know that Nikki suffered trauma to her brain after the hit and run accident. Her MS has only made her condition more serious.

Nate previous told the family that there was nothing he could do for Nikki. But only time would tell what her prognosis would be. Unfortunately for the Newmans, the family matriarch takes a turn for the worse. And then the doctor tells the family that she may die. He warns them that they need to prepare for a bad outcome.
