The two delight in each other’s company, and over coffees, they reminisce about times gone bad — the good, the bad, and the very ugly. Though their reverie is soon interrupted by the arrival of Christine’s latest clients — the eager to adopt Mariah Copeland and Tessa Porter — when the time comes for Christine and Danny to take their leave, they do so together.
