Plus, Victor gives someone a reality check while Victoria finds herself distracted.
Chloe doesn’t have the best poker face in Genoa City. Right now, she knows Sally’s big baby secret. She purposefully tried to out Sally to Nick a few weeks ago by leaving prenatal pills out, but her scheme didn’t work. Ultimately, Sally told Nick on her own terms.
However, now Adam realizes something is up with Sally, and he wants to know what. He may try to get the details out of Chloe, which could be why she struggles to keep a secret. Victor and Jack are old foes.
Sure, things have gone reasonably well between them the last several months or years, but their animosity is always bubbling under the surface. Victor isn’t at all pleased that Jack gave Adam a job at Jabot, and he’s working hard to bring his son back into the family fold. Plus, Victor realizes that Jack stole Nikki’s necklace, which doesn’t win him any points.
