These days Lauren is busy running Fenmores, and she’s trying to ensure that they stay competitive, which is why she most recently partnered with Marchetti to bring the latest fashions into her store. Now, Lauren is receiving the Lifetime Achievement Award for Leadership in Fashion. But be prepared — because the ceremony for the award takes place off-screen.
Even though we won’t see the award presentation, Lauren gets to spend time with her family and friends celebrating her big moment. Fenmore even shows up, and so does Lauren’s mother-in-law, Gloria, so it’s sure to be a fun time. Plus, long-time fans will love the see the various flashbacks, while newer fans will learn some things about Lauren’s glorious past as she looks forward to an even better future.
Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) is back in Chicago and behind bars for the stolen necklace. Genoa City Police got the tip and found the gems. That evidence pinned the crime on Jeremy in what seems like a too-neatly tied-up package.
With that said, it looks like Chance Chancellor sees this arrest as overly easy and has second thoughts about Jeremy as the culprit. But across town, Diane Jenkins and Jack Abbott gloat over their deed. Jack and his new love interest react just like you’d expect from a dynamic duo.
