The Young and the Restless spoilers for Friday, February 8 reveal a very special and emotional episode as Nikki makes a choice that will affect her entire family. Plus, Nick and Phyllis have a truth issue, and Abby tries to fix a bad situation.

In addition, YR will air a special tribute to actor Kristoff St. John, who has played Neil Winters on and off since 1991, and who died on Sunday night. You won’t want to miss a moment of this very memorable hour.

Nikki has had enough! She was willing to help Victoria cover up JT’s death and terrorize Phyllis and Sharon into backing them up. But now that it looks like Victor might go to jail for the crime… and Nick too, since his voice is on the recording Sharon turned over to Rey, Nikki is no longer comfortable with lying.

If Victor refuses to plead self-defense or temporary insanity, then it’s up to Nikki to fix this. And she’ll finally make her decision to do precisely that. Does that mean she’ll finally, finally, FINALLY tell he police what happened?

But Nikki can’t just speak for herself. Confession will implicate Victoria…and Sharon and Phyllis, too. Phyllis has already made it clear she’s not going down to protect the Newmans. But, will Nick be on board with her stance.
