Things between the Brothers Newman have been strained as usual lately. Not surprisingly to anybody, once again, Nick and Adam are interested in the same woman. While it’s Sally this time, in the past, it’s been Sharon, or Sage, or Chelsea.
It seems these two aren’t interested in staying away from the other’s girlfriend or wife. While they’ll never get along, at times, it seems like there’s hope for at least a mild truce, which is what it seemed like after Adam donated a piece of himself to help Faith.
Of course, their truces never last long. Now that Sally and Adam are through (for real and forever…sure), and she’s pregnant with Adam’s baby, Nick feels the brotherly rivalry again. That’s why it’s not surprising that Nick gives Adam a reality check.
