The last visitor Victor got in jail was Nikki, who tried to tell him she killed JT. Victor shut her up and told her he’d handle the situation. Now Jack is sitting down with the imprisoned Mustache. It’s highly unlikely he’s going to confess to killing JT.
More likely, he’s there to gloat about how far the mighty and mouthy have fallen. Phyllis already flat out told Victoria that Victor going to jail for a crime he didn’t commit will be justice served over the tiny term Victor served before.
Remember when he kidnapped Jack and replacing him with a lookalike who raped Phyllis and led to the disintegration of their marriage. Jack doesn’t even know for a fact that Victor is innocent of this crime.
