Bill released Luna from jail into his care. He feared what would happen to Luna in prison and that she couldn’t be rehabilitated in such a dangerous environment. Luna still wears an ankle monitor and isn’t allowed off of the property. Bill warned Luna that her presence at his home must be kept secret. Luna was overwhelmed with gratefulness and quickly agreed.
