But it looks like there will be a follow-up patient taken to the hospital. And that person is none other than Will. What happened to him? Will was a strong and healthy boy, so it was inevitable that he would have to go to the hospital suddenly like this. Maybe someone is trying to harm will and his family.

But who wants to harm Will? Of course, the leader in that list is Leo. But it seems like Leo didn’t do that, he just learned that John is his father, John is a good person and maybe Leo wants to impress his biological father so he may return become a better person.

Is Diana’s hand embedded in this? Maybe she wanted to distract everyone’s suspicions, so she continued to work with Marlena’s grandchild to make people doubt that someone wanted to harm their family and eliminate her suspicions.

This is possible, because before she committed a crime with Marlena, she bribed the nurse to tell her that Kristen was the one who attacked Marlena. All the things Diana did with just one purpose were to get John for himself.
