Neil dated Victoria and her onetime stepmom, Ashley. He was married to Hilary before losing her to Devon.

But the true love of his life was Lily’s mother, Dru, whose death he still mourns. Neil helped Nikki and Jack with their addictions, and he worked at both Newman and Jabot. So when Devon learns of Neil’s death, it’s shattering to Neil’s adoptive son on multiple levels. And it’s crushing to YR viewers.
