Finally, Victoria is the boss at Newman Enterprises (until Victor decides otherwise), and she has made some aggressive moves over the past year. She also married a man who nearly destroyed everything, but that ended up turning out okay when he died after Nick punched him. Now, she wants to go after McCall Industries, and Victor is on board.
In addition to her high-powered work life, in her personal life, Victoria is kissing coworkers, complaining about her brother’s girlfriend, and worried about her son’s biological mom. Now, Victoria is forced to defend her actions. Is it something she did at work? Or is this all about what she does after hours?
The all-powerful Victor Newman can’t do enough to separate his son from Sally Spectra. But Nick Newman is a step ahead of him. This week on Young and Restless, Nick went after his father when Sally’s business meeting was canceled. She not only faced a canceled meeting, but the company refused to reschedule on Young and the Restless.
While Sally was told that they were no longer interested in her vision, it wasn’t her work they pushed away. No, it was her they didn’t want. And this is likely thanks to Victor. So, this has Nick going after his father as he is sure he wiped out his girlfriend’s potential career with a quick phone call. It didn’t matter much to Nick how Victor Newman answered his question. He wanted to know if his father made a call to get that meeting canceled.
