There are several things happening that could end up damaging the family brand. That’s why Victoria does damage control at Newman. But will her efforts be enough to keep the company from bearing the brunt of bad publicity? Phyllis made a rash decision after Summer let her know that Kyle wasn’t going to keep her whereabouts a secret.
She split just before Kyle brought Chance to her room. Phyllis appears to be on the run and hiding out once again. Even so, she reaches out to Daniel. Will he be willing to help his mom, or has she used up all her son’s goodwill recently? Faith Newman is in grave danger.
With Cameron Kirsten around, her mom, Sharon Newman, thinks it’s safer for Faith to go back to college early. So, she heads to the airport but never checks in with her mom, which is not like her. Indeed, Sharon gets nervous. So she turns to Chance Chancellor for help on Young and the Restless. The detective uses his connections to see if Faith ever boarded her flight. It turns out she did not.
Of course, Sharon starts to panic. Then, Nick Newman walks in because his father, Victor Newman, gets him out of jail. Sharon insists that Cameron has Faith. But they can’t understand how Cameron stays one step ahead. Then they discover that the psycho has bugged Sharon’s house. And that’s how he knows when and where he could kidnap Faith.
