Danny came to the gala to celebrate Genoa City, never knowing he’d need to stick around a while to help Daniel deal with the death of his mother. He’s been by Daniel’s side since the horrible news came in, and he’s done what he could to help him process the horrible situation.
Now, Danny keeps a secret from Daniel as the time for Phyllis’s memorial comes. Could it be that his daughter Lucy will return for her grandma’s service, or is there something else he’s keeping secret? Something like a renewed relationship with Christine, perhaps?
