Perhaps not surprisingly, the Genoa City Police Department detective uncovers damaging evidence. Will it implicate Jeremy or Diane or somebody else entirely? Phyllis faked her death after making a deal with Jeremy. The whole goal is to somehow bring down Diane with the move. It looks like they’re trying to pin the murder on her.
Of course, it seems that Phyllis didn’t end up thinking the situation through before she went along with the plan, and now she’s concerned about the grief she’s caused her children. Phyllis stays one step ahead as plans for her memorial and the investigation into her death proceed.
When Jeremy Stark enters their motel room, Red is nowhere to be found. That’s because she’s in Genoa City, crashing her funeral. No doubt, she wants to see what her friends and family have to say about her now that she’s “gone.” Indeed, Red’s disguise is brilliant. But, soon, she is cornered. So, she may come close to getting caught on Young and the Restless. Later, she begins to regret teaming up with Stark. But, of course, Red manages to stay ahead of the game, say Young and Restless spoilers.
