Spencer still hasn’t figured out what was going on in the north tower, but that doesn’t mean he isn’t as angry — if not more — at Nikolas than Elizabeth is. Now that he thinks he knows that Nik tossed Esme off the parapet, he is ready to go to war with that information. Laura might not know exactly what Spencer is up to, but has to plead with him to not hurt his father anymore.
Of course, we know that it was Ava who was really responsible for Esme’s fall, and she set Nikolas up for Spencer to hate him even more. When Nikolas shows up at Wyndemere, things go off the rails as the two estranged spouses battle it out. Nikolas can’t believe she used his son to plot against him and is ready to go to war with Ava.
Neither one of them realize they may have more trouble with Mason than they ever realized. Austin has been enjoying his brand-new friendship with Ava, but he also knows Mason can cause Ava danger. He puts his cousin on notice outside Kelly’s, but will it do any good?
