While Michael waits for news about Willow and when she will be undergoing her bone marrow transplant, he is forced to sneak away to the hospital rooftop to deal with his vendetta against Sonny. Clearly, Michael has priorities.
Dex informs Michael that he believes Sonny is purposely keeping him out of the loop regarding the Pikeman shipment, but Michael isn’t too worried.
